* Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and office supplies.
* Assist in organizing and maintaining files, records, and databases.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism.
* Arrange meetings, take minutes, and prepare necessary documentation.
* Support various departments with day-to-day tasks as needed.
* Ensure a welcoming and organized office environment.
Requirements:
* Associate degree or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
* Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
