About The Role
Can you provide outstanding service? Do you want to coordinate guest visas and
participate in creating an amazing experience for our guests? If this is the
case, our Front Office team at Atlantis The Royal is looking for a candidate
like you!
As an Agent, CID Administration for our front office, you will be responsible
for the activities associated with the guest visas. Optimize visa time in the
most efficient way for customers and stakeholders. You will have to evaluate,
record, and respond to additional/special service requests and assists in
troubleshooting and resolving problems that may arise during the approval. In
addition, you will positively represent Atlantis The Royal professional image
and reputation at all times. The possibility to cross-train within the hotel
will allow you to develop your professional and personal skills to
continuously learn. Passion for customer service is the driving force for this
role.

About You
To be eligible for this role the candidate must be computer literate, have
great organisation and planning skills with an extended OPERA System.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and
the ability to read a social situation and deliver a first-class experience.
Due to the nature of this job, we are looking for a native Arabic speaker who
can also read and write Arabic effectively.
