FWS Group, an investment group that focuses on commercial real estate projects
in the Middle East, now actively looking to expand into Europe for commercial
and infrastructure real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities
* Monitoring and evaluating competitor strategies, products, and market positioning to assess strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
* Creating clear and insightful reports presenting research findings, analysis, and recommendations for internal stakeholders
* Delivering presentations summarizing research results, insights, and actionable recommendations to relevant teams
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align market research initiatives with organizational objectives
* Support with creating and implementation of commercial assets development strategy
* Support with creating and implementation of residential assets management strategy
We are ready to offer you the following conditions:
* 3 months internship
* Working hours: a minimum of 6 hours daily commitment, 5 days a week (weekends - Saturday, Sunday)
* Working format: In the office
* Monthly salary: AED 2 000

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
