Job Description:
* Must have more than 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
* Must have at least two years of experience in the Retail Banking industry
* Must have very good understanding on the Business Analysis processes and Development process.
* Must be capable of handling projects independently with very little monitoring.
* Must be very proficient in creating requirements document.
* Should have managed both functional project and technical projects.
* Must have the experience of creating test strategy document, test execution, triaging.
* Must have excellent communication skills
