As Service Associate – Commis 2, we rely on you to:
Maintain high standards of food preparation and service in the appointed
kitchens, along with the existing standards
Good knowledge of food service techniques and menu contents
Practice the hygiene and sanitation procedures set by the hotel
We are looking for someone who:
Has high school diploma or vocational certificate in Food Production
Is able to work in hot & cold ala carte operation
Preferably has experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel
Is Passionate, creative, attentive to details
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
Is committed to serving food of the highest quality
Is a self-starter and a teamplayer
Is willing to work in shifts
