Job Purpose: The role holder is accountable for proactively supporting the
respective Fleet Chief Pilot providing data for analytical reports to support
day of operations to ensure the professional standards of the fleet, pilots,
operational safety and performance are maintained at all times. The incumbent
is accountable for the update of Fleet specific policies and procedures in
line with GCAA regulations, corporate policies and procedures. Job Outline: -
Consolidate data obtained from various reports on pilot behaviours and
performance trends and report to the respective Chief Pilot for necessary
action. - Provide support in maintaining pilot operational related manuals and
ensure changes are implemented and communicated to those impacted. - Monitor,
record and action Pilot Special Reports as appropriate in an orderly and
timely manner and provide detailed reports on trends observed. - Provide
accurate detailed analysis and submit in the form of a report to the Chief
Pilot to support the preparation of meetings with Flight Safety on crew safety
related incidents. - In collaboration with Flight Training report on pilot
training performance to enable detailed discussions during Performance Review
Board (PRB) meetings. - Liaise with Flight Crew Management to collate pilot
performance, attendance and training data to support command upgrade
interviews, informal investigations and formal hearings. - Activate Peer
Support, Mentors and Coaching as appropriate and monitor through timely
progress reports. - As focal point of contact for pilot support, career
development discussions, and welfare cases to ensure the Chief Pilot receives
a detailed account of individual cases, and the respective support teams
activated. - Liaise with Flight Operations Support and Flight Operations
Performance to obtain detailed reports of pilot routing, performance,
limitations, planning, weather, airports to initiate support and oversight by
the Chief Pilot. - Support the Chief Pilot with ad-hoc Fleet specific projects
as and when required.
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor Degree holder GPA: 3.0+ ILETS: 6 and
above or EMSAT English 1400 or TOEFL 550 UAE Nationality (Passport & Khulasat
Al Qaid) Age between 21 - 26 Knowledge/skills: - Strong interpersonal and
administration skills. - Competent IT skills (MS Office, Power BI) with a
strong focus on data analysis. - A good understanding and prior experience in
Flight Operations and/or with crew would be an advantage.
