What We 're Looking For

• A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management or a related field is preferred.


• A proven track record of ‎1-‎2 years in a Merchandising, Inventory Management, Procurement, or a related field.


• A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensures every aspect of the Operation is perfectly curated


• Next-Level Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.


• Skills in Improving Customer Satisfaction and Driving Profitability, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.


• 'FIVE-Styled' Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.


• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Additional languages are a Plus).

  Key Responsibilities

  
  


• 
  

  Exquisitely prepares Local Purchase Order (LPO) documents, ensuring seamless distribution to our esteemed vendors and suppliers.

  
  


• Expertly coordinates with the Fulfilment Team, overseeing the reordering of FIVE Merchandise.


• Effectively liaises with the Finance Team to manage outstanding balances and payments from vendors and suppliers.


• Accurately undertakes data entry for both inbound and outbound payments, meticulously upholding a First-in-Class financial standard.


• Cultivates and maintains Next-Level relationships with vendors and suppliers, skilfully negotiating favourable terms on pricing, payment schedules, and delivery dates.


• Collaborates with Venue Managers to coordinate fittings of uniform samples, diligently recording adjustments needed and communicating these to suppliers.


• Oversees the intricate sampling and production lead time timelines for uniforms and merchandise, maintaining a Boundary-Breaking operation.


• Maintains and updates data on Excel spreadsheets with Precision, ensuring a seamless flow of information and a Gold Standard of Reporting.


• Champions Sustainability and Ethical Sourcing, ensuring our 'Sustainable Indulgence' Ethos is upheld.


• Works closely with the ReFIVE Team to oversee merchandise stock levels throughout FIVE, ensuring all orders and reorders are expertly managed.


• Crafts and implements 'FIVE-Star' Quality Control checks, assuring that merchandise meets Brand Standards and surpasses expectations.


• Fulfils various clerical tasks with a 'FIVE-Styled' finesse.
