Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards
* Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
* Previous experience in a similar role within 5 luxury Hotel.
* 1 year of bartending in a luxury establishment.
