Job Description
To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our team members by
maintaining the effectiveness of the day-to-day Kids Club operations,
enhancing guest experience by being a key point of contact for guest
interaction at the Kids Club and Hotel.
This position also assists the additional administrative functions listed
below.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet guests and owners upon arrival, always maintain a professional, efficient and friendly image,
* Check presentation area, waiting lounge and reception area to make sure things are neat and orderly at all times,
* Assist in answering a busy multi-line phone system, transfer calls and take messages,
* When asked, enter guest and owner information into the computer, checking for accuracy,
* Take care of guests and owners' children throughout the presentation,
* Ensure hygiene standards of Kid Club are maintained at all time,
* Ensure children are taken care with full attention under secure environment.
Qualifications
*
Must possess good communication and customer service skills,
* Must be able to handle a number of tasks simultaneously and prioritize duties,
* Must be able to complete duties in a timely manner and be able to function in a fast paced environment,
* Must possess a good telephone manner.
* High school graduate A Minimum of six months to one year related education and training/experience; plus business and/or administrative education.
