The Role
Supporting the Head of Legal, a confident and suitable qualified Paralegal is
required to assist with commercial contracts and agreements. You will be
highly tenacious, forward thinking and self-motivated as the position will
manage exceptionally confidential documents for the organisation. You will be
responsible for corporate filing, management of data and tracking and
monitoring documents to support a very busy Head of Legal. Additionally, you
will be fully involved in preparing all relevant legal documents and notices
such as commercial contract drafting, sub distribution and confidentiality
agreements and authorisation and relationship letters. It is expected that the
successful candidate will have the fortuity and confidence to pick up any
unintended or ambiguous errors and not just facilitate a secretarial typing
function. You will therefore take a highly collaborative approach on a daily
basis. Due to the nature of the pharmaceutical industry, you will also assist
with the completion of compliance documents to regulatory bodies in the
relevant jurisdictions.
Requirements
This is a well-established pharmaceutical organisation that works with global
partners to approve medical requirements into the MENA region from their Dubai
headquarters. We are seeking a highly functioning and diligent legal candidate
for this position with boundless energy and experience in a fast paced and
demanding role. To be successful you will hold a relevant LLB degree and
exposure to commercial contract drafting, distribution agreements and highly
confidential legal document management. With a minimum of 2-3 years of law
firm or inhouse exposure within the MENA region you will be confident in your
abilities and an excellent communicator in the English language as you will
liaise with additional locations on a global scale.
