The Role
A leading law firm is actively recruiting a Paralegal to be based in Dubai.

your application unsuccessful on this occasion. Key aspects of the role
include: - Preparing affidavits, legal correspondence, and other documents for
attorneys. - Organizing and maintaining documents in a paper or electronic
filing system. - Meeting with clients, attorneys, and other professionals to
talk about case details. - Filing pleadings with the court clerk. - Helping
prepare for trial by organizing exhibits. - Preparing briefs, wills,
contracts, real estate closing statements, pleadings, appeals, and other legal
documents. - Investigating facts and laws of cases and searching public
records and other resources - Directing and coordinating law office activity,
including delivery of subpoenas. - Gathering and analysing statutes,
decisions, legal articles, codes, documents, and other data. - Calling on
witnesses to testify at hearings. - Keeping the law library up-to-date by
monitoring legal volumes.
Requirements
To be successful you will need to meet the following: - Minimum 2 - 3
years' experience as a paralegal or similar in a law firm. - Must have strong
corporate experience. - Investigative mind and strong research skills -
Experience in preparing legal reports. - Ability to assist with legal matters
such as regulations in capital markets, mergers, and acquisitions. - Excellent
verbal and written communication in English and Arabic . - Applicants should
