Job Description

The Graduate Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in pre-contract
project delivery supporting Civil & Infrastructure projects following
predictive project management methodologies and be trained to carry out the
following:
* Day-to-day assistance to Senior Project Managers in the delivery of projects
* Assist in proposal preparation and tender submission procedures
* Coordinate and collaborate with the Engineering Team
* Prepare and manage project execution plans, organization charts and status reports
* Work closely and effectively with clients and internal project teams
* Daily program management throughout the program life cycle
* Defining the program governance (controls)
* Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress
* Managing the program's budget
* Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements;
* Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies
* Managing and utilizing resources across projects
* Managing stakeholders' communication
* Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program's "outcome" with the aid of the business change manager
* Managing the main program documentations such as the program initiation document.

Qualifications
* Bachelor or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management from an accredited University
* Must have graduated within the last ‎12 months or graduating no later than Sept ‎2023
* Successful applicants must have a minimum ‎3.4 GPA or ‎2:1 (or equivalent) and above
* Must be available to start by October ‎2023
* If you hold a Master's Degree, you must have started it within ‎12 months of completing the Bachelor's Degree in order to have continuous education
