The opportunity
This role is to be a part of our facilities management business to manage a
panel of services for a new flagship high rise building in Dubai built with
high standards.
The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for coffee, a warm personality, and
a strong commitment to delivering a delightful experience to every guest.
This will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the
highest level of customer satisfaction.
We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking coffee ambassador to join our
established and growing team in Dubai.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers with a welcoming and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
* Preparing and serving a variety of Arabic coffee beverages, ensuring each cup is crafted to perfection and maintains cultural authenticity.
* Operating coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with precision and skill.
* Handling customer complaints or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, striving to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Building rapport and establishing positive relationships with regular customers, recognizing and remembering their preferences.
* Performing opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning equipment, restocking supplies, and securing the premises.
* Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during busy periods.
* Upholding health and safety standards by following proper sanitation procedures and adhering to hygiene regulations.
* Anticipating guest needs and exceeding their expectations by delivering personalized and attentive service that represents the customer service level.
About you
You will have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. You have some
previous experience as a coffee server or barista in a luxury or fine dining
environment. You will have knowledge of health and safety standards related to
food and beverage service.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships. You will be
