Job Purpose: Emirates is looking to recruit a Head of Cabin Crew Training who
will lead a team in designing and implementing world class training for our
multinational cabin crew; enabling our crew to consistently deliver on our
safety, hospitality and service standards as our brand ambassadors, and grow
their careers with us. In this senior leadership role, the successful
candidate must be well-versed in the cabin crew job function and best practice
in aviation training, in addition to possessing management and leadership
skills. The role holder will be able to implement established training
practices and also drive the utilisation of new techniques and cutting-edge
technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence and other advanced training
devices, to deliver efficient and effective training outcomes. The Head of
Cabin Crew Training is expected to champion training excellence and co-
ordinate with a range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver
industry-leading training programmes and business outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree at a minimum. - Related
aviation and aviation training certifications and qualifications. - 10+ years
of experience in related field - Previous experience as cabin crew. -
Currently holding a mid-senior leadership role.
