The Role
Your responsibilities will include: • Handling inbound calls and emails in
a professional manner. • Resolving customer inquiries and requests and
ensuring strong customer satisfaction. • Working with various internal teams
to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery. • Escalating
customer feedback as required. • Ideal Candidate • You have at least 1 year
experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the IT industry. •
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal
communication skills. • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced
environments • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments • You are
a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
Requirements
* Courteous with strong customer service orientation • Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally • Dependable with strong attention to detail • Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly • Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
