Noorka Dubai is looking for candidates for the role of Facility Manager, to be
based in Dubai. Could it be you?
* Manage all repairs and maintenance work across the GAC Dubai network.
* Monitor, control and supervise related works and ensure compliance to quality and HSE standards.
* Oversee implementation of improvements and changes concerning facilities and equipment.
* Ensure renovations, constructions and upgrades are conducted as per approved plan, assess project expenditures.
* Provide support and advice in relation to long-term planning and development.
* Advise Managers on facility management issues, development plans and essential changes.
* Manage procurement of materials and benchmark other businesses
* Maintain records of all assets and liaise concerning property damage claims.
* Maintain facility drawings and records of work orders.
* Manage and administer preventive maintenance programmes with a cost saving programme.
* Assist in renewal of Operation Fitness Certificate and administer housekeeping / recycling activities.
* Monitor all security activities and implementation of safety measures.
* Oversee timely calibration, contract renewal and equipment certifications (e.g., Load Test Certification of forklifts).
Job Requirements
* Graduate, engineering degree - preferably civil.
* Licensed Engineer.
* UAE Driver's License.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Proficient with MS Office applications.
* Minimum 5 years' facility and equipment management experience, preferably in a large logistics/warehouse setting
