Educational qualifications: Mechanical Engineer
Experience: At least 10 years in managing the Facilities dept of a large
organization in various geographies
Team management – Managing a team of approx.. 20-25 Facilities management
staff across Saudi Arabi
Job profile:
IFM management – IFM vendor management of MEP works including setting up
contracts including SLAs.
Monitor and track SLAs including usage of CAFM
Ensure periodic maintenance and period survey by vendor
Ensure service provided at top priority in case of emergencies and if retail
business is impacted
Work closely with the Architect/project team to ensure renovation stores are
adequately supported
Housekeeping- Enter into contracts with Housekeeping Service providers
including SLAs and deliverable for Retail stores, office and Warehouses.
Implement and track the Housekeeping count matrix model
Ensure the locations are well maintained
Monitor attendance and service provided
Approval of service bills in line with the actual service provided
Security - Enter into contract with Security service providers for Retail
stores and Warehouses. Ensures only government approved security personnel
provided.
Monitor attendance and service provided
Approval of service bills in line with the actual service provided
Involve the security in case of thefts and other complaints, escalate to
Vendor for case of inefficiencies
Approval of service bills in line with the actual service provided
Travel - To enter into contracts and manage travel companies for business
travels, personal travels of staff, hotel booking and transport in line with
company guidelines.
Approval of bills for services provided
Managing the company office transport and drivers
Budget and cost - Budget correct estimates on costs and ratify with
management. Ensure costs are optimized and secured within budgets
New projects - To coordinate with respective stakeholders and drive new
projects like Energy Management Services
