* Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional requirements and system specifications.
* Execute testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
* Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate defect-tracking tools.
* Collaborate with developers and functional consultants to ensure proper testing coverage.
* Perform a thorough analysis of test results and provide recommendations for system improvements.
* Conduct periodic reviews of test processes and suggest enhancements.
* Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 10 years of experience in software quality assurance, with specific experience in testing Oracle Fusion ERP.
* Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
* Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
* Familiarity with test management tools.
* Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
