As an Administrative Assistant - Culinary, you will manage and organise all
requirements of administration to the highest standards and in accordance to
the standard operating procedures as implemented by the Executive Chef. In
addition to this you will be responsible for the day to day administration of
the whole culinary department including all staff issues.
If you have a minimum of 2 years ' experience within Administration in a
similar role within a 5-star Hotel, a sound knowledge of administrative
processes, exceptional communication skills and excellent Microsoft Office
