Fashion Designer - Sew Boutique, Jumeirah

We are looking to hire a Sewer/Designer with panache and flair to capture
the mood on the street in our ready-to-wear line. She should be well-versed
with Haute Couture and should be able to sketch the designs by hand,
create technical production drawings and address buyers as a seasoned
marketer.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Researching current fashion trends and determining what consumers will like
* Collaborating with the design team to develop ideas for new products based on research data
* Designing sketches for new products
* Creating clothing patterns
* Testing and deciding on fabrics, colors, patterns and textures for each design
* Overseeing the production of designs, including carrying out fittings, determining prices and managing marketing
* Maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers and models
Qualifications
* At least ‎2-‎5 years experience in Haute Couture in Dubai.
* Must be creative, extremely detail oriented, and a highly motivated team player.
* Able to manage multiple projects to meet all deadlines.
