Process Analyst
Job Description:



  • Critical analysis of the stages of the company 's business processes;

  • Survey and measurement of process indicators (leadtime, throughput, cylcetime, capacity, etc..);

  • Conducting workshops that contain dynamics with customers;

  • Reports with analysis of business process bottlenecks;

  • Develop, execute and monitor digital prototypes and automation of process flows within the scope of continuous improvement, with the objective of optimizing routines to reduce costs and increase productivity;
    Job Requirements:

  • Map and describe the work processes in a specific system, as well as review the steps in order to restructure the flow of activities, ensuring optimization in the execution of tasks;

  • Understand the needs of internal customers in relations with the process supplier, proposing automation in systems used and released by the Information Technology area;

  • Identify, filter and advise on the nature of the process and the real benefits of automating manual tasks;
