Defines and improves Service Delivery Catalogue processes in accordance with
recognized industry standards and ensures activities are conducted according
to defined processes. Helps bridge the gap between the current and desired
quality levels by balancing short-term needs with long-term perspectives of
success.
1.Ensures that process activities at both the program and at the project level
are appropriately planned and executed per the defined guidelines.
2.Partners with process teams to ensure effective use of defined
methodologies.
3.Reports progress on process quality performance to management on a
consistent basis.
4.Provides core process mapping and content expertise to deploy improvement
recommendations across the organization.
5.Leads in developing and maintaining quality assurance standards and
processes and manage quality improvement activities.
6.Leads in implementing communication and knowledge sharing process for team
members.
7.Leads in evaluating knowledge-sharing tools and making recommendations for
standard approaches / tools.
8.Contributes to continuous improvement by leveraging quality improvement
methodologies (Six Sigma, etc.).
9.Follows prescribed system safety and security procedures of computing
environment.
10.Participates in self and others ' education, training and development, as
applicable.
11.Follows all hospital related policies and procedures.
Master 's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline is
required.
Three (3) years of related experience with Master 's Degree, or five (5) years
of related experience with Bachelor's Degree is required.
