Manager - Restaurants & Beverages

What you 'll deliver
* You'll understand all contractual obligations and expectations as identified in contractual negotiations and documentation; manage, check, monitor and communicate with the concessionaire and key internal airport stakeholders to ensure delivery of expected performance outcomes and identify opportunities beyond contractual obligations.
* You'll review weekly and monthly financial reports and monitor the sales of the operators, highlight any potential revenue impact, investigate, and develop solutions to counteract or roll out beneficial actions.
* You'll lead health and safety inspections along with the HSSE department to provide monthly reports to the Head of F&B. You will also be responsible to report the findings to the operators and ensure that the standards are met through implementation and delivery of action plans.
* You'll plan for all concession contract expiries / out of contracts / debt including the identification and delivery of new space and new concepts to support business growth.
What you bring
* You should be educated to a bachelor's degree specialized in Business Administration/Hospitality/Commerce/Related. As well as an overall experience of 3-5 years.
* You should have an applied understanding of commercial contracts and corporate real estate valuation principles.
* You should be able to maintain records and prepare reports, as well as read and interpret plans, property descriptions, and invoices.
* You should be able to conduct inspections, analyse findings, understand, and use property record keeping systems.
* You should be able to review, extract KPI's, analyse, and present data in an informative manner.
