We have an opportunity for a People Operations Manager - Human Resources to
lead a team of Human Resource Professionals in KONE Middle East, Turkey and
Africa. The People Operations Manager will be based in Dubai and will ensure
smooth and efficient local people operations activities across multiple
countries in Middle East Africa and Turkey.
The successful applicant is an effective communicator, curious about our
internal customers and always striving to exceed their expectations; able to
turn strategy into objectives and actions, and to contribute to the overall
KONE's Human Resources success.
What will you do?
* Take full responsibility for ensuring the smooth and efficient people operations in the country front lines
* Align the needs and service scope by working closely with People and Communication Director and the center of excellence teams
* Provide leadership and develop the operations teams from payroll to the local generalist and administration colleagues
* Drive initiatives that continuously aim to improve the experience and effectiveness of the local people operations teams
* Harmonize the local people processes and practices and seeking ways to increase the scale
* Manage processes within the people function with end to end development
* Be a leader of change management
* Demonstrate in dependability and be able to work
Are you the one?
* M.Sc. or Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
* ‎6-‎8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in multinational company
* Business experience is an asset
* Fluency of English + knowledge of one additional area language is an asset
* Be able to travel when needed
