Emirates, you will be working with HR Director on People Strategy, Talent
Management, Retention plan, and day-to-day operations.
Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the
following?
* Work with Shared Services to collate data on Training, Recruitment, Promotions, Covid cases, etc
* Independently Manage and analyze the employee-related data for reviews, all employee communication, etc
* Create an automated tool for creating dashboards
* Support HR Director in making presentations for All employees, OBRs, and Business reviews
* Tracking process completion for all SYSS and D&I employees - like PMP, Ethics, mandatory training
* Lead and manage Engagement and Recreational activities - come up with new innovative ideas
* HCM cleaning of information - update HC report and liaison with shared services
* Regular update of the communication calendar
* Schedule and manage HR Connect sessions
* Lead and manage - Intern development programs and also their extension, hiring, onboarding, etc
* Maintain Diversity and Turnover information for both SYSS & D&I on a Quarterly basis
* Develop 30-60-90 sessions
* Conduct exit interviews with all exiting employees
* Organization Announcements - manage with line managers
