The Role
Main Responsibilities include (but not limited to) the below: - Hardware
installation configuration diagnosis and rectification - Operating system
installation, configuration diagnosis and rectification - Application
installation, configuration, diagnosis and rectification - Basic understanding
of Wireless Technologies - Basic Firewall rules creations, modification, route
additions and VPN provisioning - Maintain IT asset inventory - Administers
day-to-day user support - Daily support, maintenance, troubleshoot network
infrastructure - Other responsibilities and duties may be assigned
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent with 2+ years’ experience in IT technical support - Team player, strong written and verbal communications skills in English - Must have a solid background in Hardware & Software troubleshooting - Experience in troubleshooting Antimalware incidents - Experience in handling incidents related to Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office application suite - Strong knowledge of IP printing configurations, static and reserved IP addresses within an enterprise network; Printer and copier maintenance
