Exceptional solutions require exceptional people. We are looking for a
proactive Aftersales Manager to join and lead our Service team based
in Dubai. You will be responsible for developing and generating Service
revenue targets by managing the after sales activities for Karcher 's product
range in the UAE and the region. You will achieve this by ensuring the highest
level of quality customer service, timely repairs and maintenance to ensure
satisfied repeat customers.

Your Tasks
* Manage the aftersales service activities for Karcher's product range in the Middle East region, including maintenance, repair, and warranty services
* Prepare and implement an annual Aftermarket business plan and strategy to ensure market growth and profitability
* Ensure sales of spare parts, workshop services and Annual Maintenance Contracts through tracking of current customer base requirements and explore markets for future potential to meet and exceed targets
* Manage, monitor and control all activities of the Service Department and achieve performance targets by active involvement in the service operation
* Manage and lead a team of service technicians and support staff in the UAE including hiring, training, assessing and developing the team
* Lead and coach Service staff periodically about ways to improve productivity and reach optimal customer service
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction through a highly motivated team
* Monitor and control inventory levels of spare parts and consumables
* Implement dealer operating policies and standards to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
* Monitor and resolve department issues and client complaints quickly and professionally to create solutions to minimize recurring issues, maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers

Your Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
* ‎8-‎10 years of relevant experience in managing Aftermarket operations within a similar industry, with at least ‎3 years' experience managing a team
* Proactive and customer-centric approach with an entrepreneurial mindset
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial acumen
* Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, Arabic is a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of SAP & CRM is a plus
* Must have a valid UAE driving license
