Due to our continued growth, we are seeking, a driven candidate that will
provide high level of administrative support to the Procurement Manager.
Related experience required in working in a school setting is preferred,
proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and the
ability to communicate effectively and professionally are essential.
Procurement Assistant - Kings' Education
Job Responsibilities
* Researching Potential vendors
* Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
* Preparation of Purchase Orders
* Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery
* Follow up with suppliers, as needed to confirm or change orders
* Coordination with stores staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree
* 3+ years of experience in Schools as a procurement Assistant or in a similar position.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
* Attention to detail.
_Local Police Clearance UK enhanced DBS, home country or UAE and attested
qualifications are a prerequisite for all appointments. Please note that Kings
