UAE National - Videographer/Photographer

Responsibilities Include:
* Assist in planning and creating video and photo content for social media (e.g. Youtube, Instagram, TikTok and Linkedin)
* Shooting campaigns for different departments and liaising with management to ensure the needs are met.
* Performing the full range of editing works from splicing to sound balancing to color correction and color grading.
* Able to handle all aspects of pre-production and post-production work
* Set up, manage and operate various production equipment, including cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment, and microphones for location and studio production.
* Manage all stages of video production, including project conception, filming, capturing professional-quality audio, editing, distribution and archiving.
* Maintains proper levels and calibration of cameras, audio and video recorders, and other production equipment
* Ability to adapt existing content to make fit-for-purpose on social media platforms
* Able to prioritize and manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously
* Adhere to strict deadlines and able to work under pressure

* UAE National - Graphic Designer
* The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and designing content for the website, social media, press releases and campaigns for the Allsopp & Allsopp group.
Responsibilities Include:
* Design banners and communication materials for different purposes and channels: email marketing, newsletter, social networks.
* Design online and offline marketing collaterals (e.g. brochures, catalogues and social media).
* Contribute actively to the planning and implementation of the brand management strategy.
* Design graphics, presentations, designing data reports and or infographics, animations and be able to work / manipulate digital photographs.
* Video editing and expertise in website designs will be beneficial.
* Receiving and understanding design briefs.
* Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for developing.
* Working with a range of media and keep up to date with emerging technologies
* Select colors, images, text style, and layout. Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them with the Head of Marketing.
* Managing your workload and time effectively.
Requirements :
* Visual Ideation / Creativity Typography Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects
* Knowledge of Color Theory Web Design/Basic HTML and CSS Layout/Conversion Optimization is a plus
* Strong collaborative skills
