What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
* You will be responsible for maintaining control procedures of all stock items such as Chinaware, Glassware, Silverware, Food, Beverage, Tobacco & Consumables.
* To record, reconcile and keep appropriate records of all the monthly purchases and issues of operating equipment.
* To lead and drive the internal control environment governing inventory management across the hotel.
* To produce highly accurate cost and statistical information reports to senior management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
* To highlight and correct procedural irregularities in the recording, storage and handling of all stock items.
* To support the Assistant. Director of Finance with any ad hoc projects and duties as required.

• English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.


• You should have at least ‎3 years' experience in a similar capacity in the luxury hotels in the Middle East.
