KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES


Analyse and create reports on the Customer feedback received through the


RTAs social media channels to identify trends and determine Customer needs.


Conduct data mining to identify patterns in Customer descriptive,


behavioural, interaction or attitudinal data and suggest new or enhanced ways
to perform Customer segmentation


Develop models to understand Customer behaviour by identifying trends and


patterns through the various Customer interactions with the RTA and forecast
future Customer behaviours


Perform strategic data analysis and research possible hypothesis / cases in


coordination with the RTA
Agency / Department Business Analysis and Expert Advisor resource.


Business Analysis and Expert Advisor resources within the different RTA


Agencies / Departments to identify services and internal RTA capabilities


Prioritise the Customer needs based on the prioritisation criteria defined


and map the Customer ideas to the prioritised needs.


In coordination with the Higher Committee PMO Management Activities resource


prepares a monthly report on the status, progress and risks related to the
approved strategic actions


Prioritise the service and internal RTA capability projects based on the


defined criteria


Perform other responsibilities associated with this position when


appropriate.


Counselling in developing the validity and effectiveness of customer service


projects and their impacts,
evaluating and recommending changes during implementation to meet the needs of
the project and customers.


Ensure that the concerned RTA Agency Management and the Higher Committee


approve or reject the Services and Internal RTA Capability actions and that
all approved Services and Internal RTA Capability actions address the high
priority Customer needs


Proposing and providing advice on the framework for all aspects of RTA


services for the management of service providers


Identify services and internal RTA capabilities required to address the


prioritised needs in coordination with the Business Analysis resource in the
RTA Agencies / Departments.


Cleanse, mask, correlate and normalise the list of Customer needs and ideas


obtained from the various channels to derive a consolidated list of Customer
needs and ideas.

KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS AND EXPERIECE
Education


Bachelor's degree in Information System/ MIS/ Computer Science/ Statistics


or related field from a
recognized university.

‎8 years' experience in Customer Service, Database Queries , data mining, or


customer insight or direct marketing consulting required.


Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering


wide variety of applications.

manipulation


Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information


verbally and in writing.


Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve


complaints.


Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with


customers and colleagues.


Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying,


scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.


Strong capabilities to understand the business propositions, and collect and


process required data to derive insights.


Demonstrate knowledge and experience of related software, database, and


tools like SQL, No-SQL, WEKA,
RapidMiner, MATLAB, KNIME, Python, Scala, Java, etc.
