Role Summary:

What's on your plate:
* Manage vendor vouchers database
* Set up vouchers in the Rewards engine
* Collaborate with marketing to set up assets
* Assess vendor utilization, distill insights and translate data into actionable analysis and communicate them to key stakeholders
* Receive and review complex customers requests
* Raise issues to relevant teams when no document guideline is available

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in english
* Ability to think out of the box and implement ideas in an agile manner
* Proactive, enthusiastic, and capable of solving problems independently
* Oriented to teamwork, with good interpersonal skills
* Able to prioritize multiple tasks and complete tasks within established deadlines
* Problem solver with little guidance from supervisor
* Arabic speaker is a preference
