Benefit Cosmetics is looking for a savvy, friendly, motivated, and energetic
Retail HR Executive to join the Middle East HR team.
This position requires to have strong interpersonal skills, to be people
oriented and well organized, and capable to handle multiple priorities.

Position Summary
Directly reporting to the MEA HRBP, this role is responsible for providing a
‎360 HR support to retail employees and supporting the day-to-day HR activities
for Regional Back Office employees.

Main r esponsibilities
* RETAIL HR: Support the HRBP with the implementation of a ‎360 HR strategy for our Retail team based in OGCC:
* * Partner with Retail Managers to find the best talents for our stores by supporting them from the CV screening until the onboarding of new joiners
* Support Retail Managers on how to better support, develop and drive their teams
* Design and set up in collaboration with the HRBP a clear career path for retail employees
* Reinforce field HR presence by regularly visiting the stores
* Report and analyze HR trends and make recommendations
* Give support in the roll out of HR initiatives such as performance reviews, internal surveys, annual seminars…

  • Recruitment process : Job descriptions draft and publication, CV screening, telephone interviews, candidate convocation and follow up through LVMH Talent Attract
  
  
  • On-Boarding: Coordinate new joiner 's on-boarding process with admin team to ensure a smooth integration
  
  
  • Young graduate and campus management: Support the MEA LVMH Beauty HR team in establishing partnerships with local universities

PROFILE
* ‎2 years of work experience as HR Retail
* BSc in Human Resources or similar field
* Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
* Problem-solving skills
* Excellent planning and organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task & prioritize
* Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
