Job Purpose
Financial
* Deliver E-NTS$ Target, Growth and E-Contribution % KPIs
* Build a solid business plan with Markets including NTS by channel and customer, Media and BME Activity Calendar
* Drive the Ecom profitability by collaborating with local Markets, reviewing Gross Profit, Contribution Margin and working through Risks and Opportunities.
Strategy
* Define the eCommerce strategy and priority pillars along with the ‎3 -‎5-year vision and ambition. Collaborate across the business to build understanding of this channel/function and help wider teams prioritize and focus efforts for eCommerce across the region.
* Prioritize eCommerce channel as a must win channel in AMET. Drive clear understanding of How To Win within priority sub channels including key capabilities required to drive success.
* Define strategic priorities for Amazon across Top3 AMET markets and drive these consistently within local markets through collaborative approach.
* Accelerate understanding of eCommerce by taking cross-market learnings & translating success models across the Region as well as providing the markets with tools to support the training across market teams;
* Develop clear Ways of Working / Roles and Responsibilities for Ecommerce in AMET
* Influence Senior Leadership locally, regionally, and globally as necessary by leveraging Digital Commerce expertise to ensure the business aligns to and advocates the AMET eCommerce strategy.
Operational Excellence
* Own and track execution of eCommerce Digital Shelf (6PAI) and drive ownership mindset in Markets
* Partner with distributors and supply chain to optimize process and metrics to meet eCommerce future demands
* Drive a proper governance system to review ecommerce performance (monthly, quarterly) business reviews
Category and Customer Management
* Drive execution of the customer and SKU segmentation models in the region. Work with markets to distort/prioritize based on segmentation outputs.
* In partnership with CBI, advance the customer data ecosystem to ensure we have the right data coverage integrated within our infrastructure to track and optimize performance.
* Drive a coordinated approach to Amazon within key local markets leveraging global expertise to ensure a consistent investment/engagement strategy. Work with markets to drive the right priorities, acceleration of core capabilities & most effective cross functional ways of working between Retail & Media.
* Support the Markets in preparing and delivering Joint Business Planning process with All Key Customers
* Be the AMET point of contact for cross-functional teams on everything related to eCommerce (Customer, Media, Category)
Ecommerce Media Management
* Lead the Ecommerce Media planning and Execution for AMET by managing a dedicated Media Manager
* Work with the Markets to build a solid Media Business Plan and Secure BME funding
* Work with Key Partners to deliver the E-Commerce media planning, buying, optimization & reporting
* Work closely with Marketing Media Team to synchronize Media Planning
* Quarterly review of the Media Spend efficiency, identify key learnings and adjust plans if required
Qualifications


Education:



  • Bachelor 's Degree


Experience:


‎8-‎10 years' experience managing Ecommerce
Ecommerce Customer Management experience is a MUST , E-commerce Media
Experience is a PLUS
Experience in multi-national company preferably FMCG in a regional role


Languages:


Excellent Verbal and written English.
