Compliance:
* Support the Manager Legal & Compliance in the expansion and ongoing development of compliance programs for the GCC.
* Manages information flow by researching, recording and analysing data and information.
* Participation in the creation and implementation of global and local company policies, concepts, guidelines, regulations, instructions & audits.
* Prepare presentations for training internal stakeholders and employees so that they are informed of any legal changes and updates to compliance guidelines.
* Compliance housekeeping in reference to social compliance programs, contract management, control assessments & risk management.
* Support in conducting regular risk and impact assessments to determine whether policies are being adhered to especially for defined risk areas.
* Understand business objectives and support in establishing risk mitigating actions with business leaders.
* Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks
* Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries.
* Assist in developing data protection compliance programs and systems.
Sustainability:
* Support sustainability initiatives and projects designed by the Company and its sustainability partners
* Arrange, implement, follow up and prepare reports on the annual sustainability campaigns of the company audits
* Assist on audits, identify progress and gaps and update reports on the regional database.
Education:
* Bachelor 's degree in law, finance, business management or a related field
Experience:
* Minimum of 2-3 years ' proven experience in a compliance role.
