We are seeking an experienced Hotel Engineering Manager to lead our
engineering team and oversee the maintenance and repair of our hotel's
physical infrastructure. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for
ensuring that the hotel's facilities and equipment are in good working
condition, and all maintenance and repair work is performed efficiently and to
a high standard.

Role Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee the daily operations of the hotel engineering team, including assigning work orders and monitoring progress
* Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
* Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
* Ensure that all equipment and systems are properly maintained and serviced, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
* Liaise with external dept and authorities to comply with local and international regulations to operate a safe working environment
* You will oversee and lead the Health and Safety measures within the building in conjunction with all verticals
* Will be leading world class sustainability commitment and will be part of Green Team within the building
* Asset Management handling will be core responsibility within the given role and responsibilities
* Will be heading and fulfilling all engineering-related expectations, expected from this profile including but limited to all MEP operation, Civil/structural, Fire and Life safety, all active and passive fire control and firefighting systems,
* Must have high rise Hotel building pre-opening experience to apply and fit within this role.
* Coordinate and supervise contractors and vendors as needed
* Manage the engineering budget, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure that engineering operations are aligned with the hotel's overall objectives
* Ensure that all engineering staff adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols

Key Skills and Requirements:
* Must have Electrical/Mechanical Diploma or Degree to apply for this role
* ‎5-‎10 years' experience is a must with pre-opening experience of high-rise high-tech Hotels,
* Must have deep knowledge of LCMS system including programming, BMS system including programing, GRMS system including programming, all ELV systems including but not limited to IP CCTV system, ELV integrations, AV system, BGM system,
* Must have free hands-on Auto Cad 2D and 3D software, with reading and amending of MEP drawings and layouts
* Must have deep knowledge of HT, MV, LV, Transformers, Power distribution system, Power capacitor panels, AHF system, HVAC system, deep insight of DCP cooling system is mandatory requirement to maintain the required T to avoid any financial obligations
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience managing a budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
