About The Role
As a Food and Beverage Events Manager, you will be responsible for the success
of the meeting, and event segment of all F&B outlets. You will secure the
business, plan meetings / events, co-ordinate with operation team and clients
before, during and after each event. You will Act as a one-stop shop for
clients for detailed event planning and work closely with operations, food &
beverage management, culinary, rooms division operation if needed, finance and
external suppliers.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 year's experience in Events
Operations Management, you will have previous cross department exposure to
sales and communication between sales team F&B team and the group clients. You
will be have well rounded leadership and planning skills, with a capacity to
grow and develop into new areas of expertise as required.
