Overview of the role:
To Improve efficiency in all govt transaction required for business and also
reduce risk of potential fines and penalties due to Non compliance
What you will do:
* Execute and coordinate registration renewal for rental, Lease and Moov vehicles along with system updation
* Download list of vehicles pending for registration and coordinate for registration
* Underwrite insurance for new vehicle in the portal and also for renewal
* Ensure insurance information reflects in RTA system
* Online registration and download copy of Mulkiya
* Update in the system
* Communicate with customers and other stake holders
* Save copy of Mulkiya
* Publish report for pending case and update the status
* Co ordinate with other team members for any technical or system issues
* Traffic fine payment
* Coordinate with customer for transfer of black point if any and arrange to transfer
* Coordinate for Police report modifications
* Keep business informed and give feedback to all concerned
Required Skills to be successful:
* Teamwork, Customer Focus, Individual Accountability, Continuous Improvement, willing to manage high load of activity,
* Minimum 1-2 year of experience with Insurance company, car Rental, in admin department

* Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Graduate, Diploma etc.
