The Candidate

As Public Relations Executive, **** you will join a committed team, driven
with the intent of delivering 'FIVE-star' experiences to an international
diaspora in the heart of vibrant Dubai and Zurich.

professional experience of your life. You will be expected to have a passion
for your role, disrupt norms all whilst having the best time of your life.

As our ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly active
environment. Your organizational, communication and leadership skills are
second to none and you enjoy developing guest solutions that break boundaries.

We are looking for a natural self-starter who demonstrates creative and
critical thinking abilities, can focus on, and execute, tasks with a sharp eye
for detail. An outgoing, people-friendly personality with an ability to think
'on your feet' during changing situations is also essential.

You'll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving
service goals.

Key Responsibilities
*
Under the supervision of the Director of Marketing create, constantly update
and execute the properties Marketing and PR Strategy Plan (Ambition Plans and
updates).
* Implement and execute the Marketing and PR Strategy plan in coordination with Headquarters and outsourced partners such as the designated PR Agencies.
* Work with Director of Marketing in the property 's narrative, conceptualization and visual identity.
* Work with Director of Marketing and play a significant role in developing the hotel marketing budget and maintain budget control and forecast on all marketing activities.
* Work together with General Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing, Public Relations Agencies and Corporate in Crisis Management, when needed.
* Responsible for developing cross-brand partnerships that provide benefits and enhance the hotel image, guest experience and hotel audience reach.
* Manage and drive the Hotels Social Media strategies and Community Management.
* Ensure brand consistency in social media posts and messages.

Requirements

What We 're Looking For
* Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Management, Communications or Marketing is preferred
* ‎2-‎3 years' experience working in Luxury Hospitality Market, Advertise Planning and Branding.
* Offline and Online Advertising (including social media).
* Advanced in Office Package (especially Excel and Power Point).
* Graphic Design (Adobe Creative Package, at least Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign). Media Planning.
* Interpersonal Communication
