MAIN PURPOSE


The PR & Marketing Executive is responsible for implementing the Marketing, PR
and Events Strategy in line with the regional objectives, HQ guidelines and
the defined budget all to maximise the brands exposure/visibility and build
the brands image:
* Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of regional PR & events strategy
* Event Management: Develop and execute event concepts in line with HQ guidelines and local relevancy
* Local Activation: Develop individual and integrated activation plans for each market and execute throughout the year
* Budget: Control and optimize A&P budget for Press and Public relations and Events


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Press Relations:
* Execution of press related events for new launches, new boutique openings, press trips, shootings & communication
* Updating the Editors list and grow it in KSA
* Follow up with Editors to enhance exposure of PIAGET and gain visibility
* Coordination with the media in the region and manage PR agencies in ME and India (if applicable)
* Ensure dispatch and strong influx of relevant information to the key media and retailers
* Develop and Execute Photo shoots in KSA
* Ensure balance between product and institutional coverage through special write-ups, editorials
* Set up relevant PR initiatives to meet objectives
* Plan press communication in the year in KSA
* Forecasts of quantities of gifts for press
* Follow up PR budget for kits, press trips, shoots, gifts


Public Relations:
* Contribute to grow the VIP and KOL Database (artists, royalties…) in KSA
* Assist in management of brand ambassadors and influencers contracts and deliverables, manage them on site
* Suggest and recruit new ambassadors in line with the brand strategy in KSA
* Digital: identify product placement opportunities on social media
* Identify potential ambassadors and KOL


Events:
* Contribute to the communications regional action plan with the support of the communications team
* Assist in organizing event calendar in the region and contribute to local adaptations
* Assist in creating concepts in line with sales objectives and HQ guidelines
* Execute events for internal boutiques, press events and in coop with retailers
* Identify future events and partnership opportunities in KSA and across the GCC
* Contribute to improve the client treatment and store animation through tactical events in the boutique (afternoon tea, bridal, VIPs, stylists, wedding planners…)


Marketing:
* Responsible for the creation and dispatch of product lookbook to VIP database, retail network and partners
* Provide guidance to external partners and make sure they align with external partners
* Assist boutiques with the right communication tools for their clients (assets, greetings…)
* Liaise with malls / landlords in providing communication assets for their channels (malls OOH, digital assets, videos… )


Reporting and Training:
* Execute all reports for the PR & Events department (best clippings, monthly clipping, event reports)
* Responsible of the competition analysis report
* Invoices follow up and tracking


Budgets:
* Support in the control of the A&P budget according to the guidelines

JOB PROFILE


Education:
Third year college or university program certificate; or two to four years
related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education
and experience


Required Experience:
‎1-‎3 years' experience in a similar role preferably in luxury goods industry


Languages Ability:
Fluent Arabic & English (written and spoken)
French is a plus.


Behavioral Traits:
Flexible, can-do attitude, ability to multitask, genuine interest in the
luxury consumer brands, responsible, time-management, works well in teams,
people skills, good communicator, goes the extra mile, curious and well
informed on the luxury industry.
