Key Activities:
* Own modern data & analytics platform implementation / modernization / migration projects from requirements gathering till support.
* Lead large, complex data initiatives including multiple project sub-streams and subject matter experts.
* Define/create migration roadmap and budgeting large scale cloud migration projects.
* Develop contract content to ensure the data platform solution is contracted to deliver client and Accenture value.
* Bring the operational experience to bear to ensure the solution is deliverable at acceptable risk to Accenture.
* Demonstrate data platform experience when communicating with clients on their requirements, turning these into technical transformation solutions.
* Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders and various teams internally and externally.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor 's degree or equivalent
* ‎10+ years of overall experience with at least ‎3 years leading delivery of large-scale data & analytics projects.
* Experience with one or more Cloud platforms
* Experience with one or more modern data & analytics solutions - Informatica, Databricks, Snowflake etc.
* Experience with SCRUM, SAFE, Waterfall methodology
* Ability to architect data solutions, applying concepts of data modelling, data validation, consolidation, data quality, data discovery and catalogue, data lineage.
* Experience with relational and non-relational databases, structured and unstructured data, data pipelines, batch, near real-time and streaming.
* Experience in working in multinational environment and with complex landscapes.
* Self-motivation, proactiveness and openness to changes.
* Ability to make things happen and to keep deadlines.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage unexpected situations.
* Business oriented and results driven.
* Good analytical skills.
* Effective communication and presentation skills.
* Related certifications confirming cloud, data, analytics & delivery experience would be a plus.
