The Candidate

As Health and safety officer, **** you will join a committed team, driven with
the intent of delivering 'FIVE-star' experiences to an international diaspora
in the heart of vibrant Dubai and Zurich.

professional experience of your life. You will be expected to have a passion
for your role, disrupt norms all whilst having the best time of your life.

As our ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly active
environment. Your organizational, communication and leadership skills are
second to none and you enjoy developing guest solutions that break boundaries.

We are looking for a natural self-starter who demonstrates creative and
critical thinking abilities, can focus on, and execute, tasks with a sharp eye
for detail. An outgoing, people-friendly personality with an ability to think
'on your feet' during changing situations is also essential.

You'll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving
service goals.

Monitor and assess situations
* Develop measures for the safety of personnel
* Correct any unsafe acts or conditions and stay aware of developing situations
* Create, review and implement plan of action
* Lead planning meetings
* Investigate what occurs within incident areas
* Conduct meetings about health and safety protocols
* Approve all safety plans
* Verify injury logs
* Health and safety officers may also verify that all tools and equipment used in the workplace are safe for employees to use.
* Promote safe practices at the job site
* Enforce safety guidelines
* Conduct investigations
* Analyze the hazards of a job
* Respond to safety concerns
* Register and remove hazardous waste
* Receive updates from relevant authorities
* Arrange for testing of the workplace
* Support the development of policies and programs
* Conduct risk assessment
* Enforce preventative measures
* Process workers' compensation
* Report incidents to upper management

Requirements
What We 're Looking For**

Computer skills with a strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point and
Outlook
* Previous work experience in the same industry will be an asset
