As a dispatcher in Customer Service Support, you ensure our logistics
services for our customers.
You record, complete and approve the transport orders of our customers, take
care of the necessary shipping documents, order operating resources and
commission our service providers.
You initiate, coordinate and monitor the entire transport and coordinate the
necessary measures in deviation management.
