1. Prepare annual budget and business plan by working closely with the GM and
make sure that it is achieved. 2. Implement and monitor up-selling strategies
to maximize Spa operational revenue. 3. Responsible to monitor and analyze
the products and services of competitive Spas, to maintain a competitive
advantage. 4. Create Spa Protocol Manual, and make sure that is implement in
all branches. 5. Responsible for reviewing all guest feedback results and
implement improvements to ensure guest satisfaction. 6. Create standard work
process manual for all services provided and make sure that it is implemented
correctly in all branches. Including the forms given to the clients. 7.
Responsible for the staff training plan and conduct hands-on training for the
new recruitment. 8. Prepare recruitment plan approved by Management
coordinating with HR for Technical interview. 9. Manage Spa inventory
effectively, and follow the company purchasing standards. 10. Gather
information and remain fully informed of local and international trends in Spa
operations. 11. Monitor and manage other Spa in other branches to make sure
that all using standard protocol and work. 12. Develop and maintain
professional services & retail product programs (individual and corporate)
working closely with Marketing Manager for implementation. 13. Ensure proper
inventories of all operating Spa equipment are conducted in line with audit
standards in order to effectively manage operational cost. 14. Ensure that
Spa team follows business conduct and ethics, company procedures including
health, hygiene, emergency and fire prevention, and safety. 15. Ensure all
Spa equipment are maintained in good working order at all times. 16. Ensure
that all stock and cash items are kept safely under lock and key. 17. Provide
guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work
processes. 18. Handle any guest difficult complaints or special requirements.
19. Hold regular staff meetings to keep staff up to date on all aspects of
the operation. 20. Raise store requisitions of all retail and operational
items as and when required. 21. Perform any other duties that management may
reasonably require.
