Currently, we are seeking a dynamic person to take on the role of Road
Freight Commercial Center Lead, based in Jeddah/KSA. In this role, the
successful candidate is responsible to implement plans and processes as part
of the RFR pricing & RFQ/tender management strategy to support the commercial
strategy in line with business objectives, corporate guidelines and policies

Key Responsibilities
* Implement RFR pricing strategy and activities and respond to pricing enquiries in an efficient and competitive manner
* Ensure the timely monitoring and accurate updating of local tariffs
* Ensure RFQ development, particularly for high priority RFQs provide detailed guidance and for critical RFQs conduct launch calls
* Contribute to processes, analyze and design systems to enhance service quality and alignment with company 's direction and long-term goals
* Ensure, that customer and supplier requirements and service, cost and budgetary guidelines are met
* Develop and maintain databases with specific information to enable quick responses to specific network queries
* Build and secure business relationships with customers and suppliers and participate in negotiations
* Ensure the preparation of carrier performance reports and reviews
* Scan alternatives to enhance services and processes to secure cost-effective and competitive prices and negotiate competitive rates with Road freight suppliers while meeting desired service specifications and transit time targets
* Oversee recent developments of new solutions, services, lane and traffic development
* Resolve and analyze issues in day-to-day delivery and implement practices for RFR pricing focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency
* Provide support on issues and problems from less experienced/new team members, provide direction and guidance as needed

Must have
* Experience in field of Pricing Strategy, Handling RFQ 's and Capacity management.
* Understand country Customs Regulations and processes.
* Able to work with team and comply with local Policies and Compliance.
* Understands and worked in development or execution of multi-mode shipping/Transport.
* Market Knowledge with respect to Road freight.
* Understands and runs Data analysis for Road freight for estimation and pricing.

Preferred
* Language skills - English and Arabic
* Worked previously in Capacity management, road freight routing.
