Multicolor Administrator

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Assist in Retail network stability and growth by managing Multicolor Team
administrative work to ensure achieving company and Department objectives.
Support sales team by taking control of customers by limiting tinting software
license periods in order to limit DSO and prevent mis-use our Software which
has intellectual property rights
Also, through analyzing sales out for a better view of customer sales even
products and colors analysis to support marketing in taking decisions.
Main tasks
* Support executing maintenance plan process for all MCC network by monitoring IFS maintenance calendar plan and PM schedules of Multicolor team regarding the geographical distribution to ensure that team are following the plan.
* Update and monitor software period to all dealers on daily bases.
* Co-ordinate with the warehouse and distribution team to proceed & deliver the Multicolor orders requested from sales.
* Responsible for the spare parts orders section on the IFS System and coordinate with the sales team the invoices Statues.
* Prepare quotation for new customers as well as Follow up the invoices/Return Goods/ credits delivered to the customers
* Generate sales out Analysis by collecting the backup data from ‎550 deco machines on (Monthly - Quarterly - Semi Annual - Annual) bases to support all Jotun deco network & area sales managers in identifying the customers potentiality also to help producing customised campaigns.
* Updating the dealer's database on Ifs regarding all multicolour details.
* Sending the weekly maintenance plan to Multicolor team and ensure that all tasks was reported on the IFS system.
* Generate monthly multicolour reports (Installations, achieved plans, breakdowns, response time and Global network status)
* Updating Multicolor price list & Multicolor orders.
* Attending meetings related to Multicolor, Work as Multicolor Operations Help Desk.
* Filing all legal Multicolor agreements, installations, service reports and supplier documents
Send communication letters externally by any MC Updates in addition to monthly
GN Connectivity status for bonus scheme deductions.
