The Opportunity
Abbott Saudi Arabia have an upcoming opportunity in 2023 for a Marketing
Director. In this position you will be based out of our Jeddah Office as the
Marketing Director for Abbott Nutrition Saudi Arabia reporting to the General
Manager.
Drives the implementation of the ANI strategy in Saudi to accomplish
objectives and develop future growth plans. Partners with the cross functional
teams, as well as regulatory, medical, OEC, and other supports functions.
Develops a strategic road map, identifies market needs in terms of required
model to grow our brand. Represents Saudi in area & global business forums.
Core Job Responsibilities
* Develop and execute marketing strategies into tactical plans through collaboration, planning and influence.
* Strong stakeholder management to deliver strategy into action
* Works with hands on approach to understand challenges and drive solutions
* Strong analytical skills using variety of data (Nielsen, BHT, Pricing tools, Consumer research) to identify gaps and devise plans accordingly.
* Clear understanding of HCPs and retailers ' drivers by market- digital marketing knowledge proficiency.
* Using strong business acumen, domain expertise, strategic thinking, prioritizes investment of financial and human resources to yield the greatest business results
* Analyzes results of executed strategies to ensure achievement of sales performance and profit objectives.
* Works cross-functionally to develop, target and measure training-based initiatives such as Multi-Physician Education programs, peer-to-peer education, etc. training on appropriate product use in new standards of care.
* Engages with Medical and Regulatory to drive product development priorities and ensures implementation in support of launch preparation, sales execution, and market development.
* Provides the organization with right tool kit and strategy and ensures flawless execution
* Define and execute strategies and tactics to ensure market penetration in existing accounts and total market growth.
* Responsible for direct interaction with KOLs and the research community to support company initiatives within the region. Responsible to maintain and further develop local and international KOL material.
* Responsible for keeping the sales teams up to date with new scientific data. Detects, compiles, and analyses all information on the brand and competitive products necessary for the sales teams.
* Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels, and partners to position business as innovator and leader.
* Collect and provide input on market characteristics, challenges, and competitors- understand market complexity and dynamics.
* Contacts, visits hospital management, physicians and addresses any customer questions and concerns.
* Collects and studies information about new and existing products and monitors competitor sales, prices, and products.
* Remains current on developments in field(s) of expertise, regulatory requirements, as well as industry trends.
* Complies with local regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.

* Strong analytical and customer insight skills, including integrating digital tools with traditional touchpoints across channels and platforms, and interpreting and translating online and offline customer behaviors into strategic activities
