Role Purpose
Scope
S ystem Management / Reporting
To have a good command on HIC (DHL Application) in order to enter BAD
addresses shipments accurately and timely in the system. Ensuring all
shipments are scanned with appropriate checkpoint and comments on daily basis
until it is hold in operation.
Shipment Processing
Liaise with base operation to ensure all bad address shipments get sorted to
Undeliverable department. Contact consignee and Shipper (in case of domestic
shipments) to obtain detail addresses. Print and attach CAMS/ADVANCE labels
with complete address to the shipments and forward to courier followed by the
update in the system.
Tracing / Escalation
Escalate to international origins of unresolved international shipments
through GEMA (DHL Application) and follow up on daily basis.
CAMS/ ADVANCE Update
Ensure all the new addresses, which are obtained after consignee contact get
update in the CAMS/ADVANCE for future reference.
Communications
Ensure all mails are actioned on time & Drive tool is updated regularly for
shipment DS process.All CC shipments to be confirmed by cnee prior to agree
CC.

MAJOR CHALLENGES
To work against time in order to get all bad addresses shipments out of the
department before each cycle and maintain MAPS database of all new customer
address obtained after contact.

3.1 Education
High Secondary Education.
3.2 Experience
At least 2 years experience working as courier or base operation.
3.3 Technical Knowledge/Skills
Good English (written and spoken).
Good local and international geographical knowledge.
Computer literacy preferrable.
