Main Responsibilities
Analyze and close all daily production orders
Evaluate the elaborated/packaging/raw material/ingredient consumption, ensure
the correct consumption of these materials in SAP
Prepare the Yield report of production every day and generate a final report
of the month
Responsible for the month end closing process
Evaluate and solve all COGI issues
Ensure the correct confirmation of production in SAP system
Check in a daily basis the inventory variation between SAP and physical stock
Follow all Corporate Norms for Production Record
Follow all Corporate Norms for Inventory adjustment
Monitor / give the guidance to the data entry team
Evaluate the BOM and actual consumption, identify deviations and provide
justification for that deviation
Maintain very well organized in a specific file, all data about production
record and consumption of the materials
Request and maintain the Anomaly Report for all losses and inventory
adjustments and perform write off for non conforming production stocks
Review and/or create procedures for the factory as per alignment with the
Corporate Norms
Participate in the Internal and External Audits
Adhere to BRF Food safety policy and practices

Minimum Requirements
Graduation/Scholarship
Accounts & Finance, Business Administration or another related area
Experience
Minimum ‎3 years of experience working in food industry
Minimum ‎3 years of experience in SAP system
Languages
English: Advance
