General Description: The business analyst has to be the centre of our
business intelligence for sell in and sell out, sharing all insights with the
wider cross-functional teams in order for them to drive actionable plans.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Retailer Panel Updates - Sell Out Data Management
* Consolidate all raw data received by retailers on a monthly basis and produce clear and concise summary panels
* Update the master database monthly with all new SKU's in order to categorize them by brand, category, franchise, and format
* In areas where we don't have precise raw data, produce estimations of market/channel sizes and dynamics in order to approximate a total market view
* Market Analysis and Recommendations
* Thorough monthly analysis of market, channel, retailer and brand performance which is communicated to the total division
* Highlight risks and opportunities for the business with clear analytical reasoning plus knowledge of in-market activity and dynamics
* Comparing Sell In and Sell Out Performance
* Clear reporting of sell in vs. sell out by account identifying key difference and presenting summary to the commercial team
* Designing New Business Tracking Tools
* Developing tools that aid business tracking of sell in and sell out in a clear and timely matter
* Integrating the use of current business tools available along with unique solutions for specific business cases
* Constantly seeking ways of better and more efficient data management either through new processes or new tools
